Using Meno

Meno is operated by MEENOGO LTD. By using the service, you agree to these terms and the Community Guidelines. Our Privacy Policy describes how personal information is handled. Do not use Meno if you cannot legally enter this agreement or if your use is prohibited by applicable law. Meno is not intended for children.

Your account

Provide accurate registration information, protect your credentials and use only accounts you are authorized to access. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account. Contact management@meenogo.com if you suspect unauthorized access. We may request reasonable verification to protect an account or process a withdrawal.

Content and interactions

You retain your rights in content you create. You grant Meno the permission necessary to host, store, transmit, display and technically process content you submit to provide the features and audience you select. You must have the rights and permissions needed to share that content. This permission does not transfer ownership to Meno.

You must follow the Community Guidelines and Child Safety Standards. Public broadcasts and posts can be viewed and recorded by other people. Do not share information or content you do not want your chosen audience to receive.

Virtual items, purchases and withdrawals

In-app prices, item descriptions and eligibility conditions are shown in the relevant purchase or feature flow. Virtual items are for supported uses within Meno; they are not a bank deposit or a promise of investment returns. Do not purchase or trade items outside supported channels.

Android purchases made through Google Play are also subject to the relevant Google Play purchase and refund rules. Contact support about missing credited items or disputed balances. Eligible host earnings and withdrawals are subject to the conditions displayed in the app, verification, applicable agreements and legal requirements. These terms do not create a guaranteed salary, agency rate or entitlement to withdraw every virtual item.

Moderation and service availability

We may investigate reports, remove prohibited content, limit features or suspend accounts to address abuse, security concerns and violations. We aim to operate a reliable service, but availability and particular features may change. Contact support if you believe an enforcement action or account restriction was applied incorrectly.

Ending your account

You may request deletion using the in-app account settings or our Account Deletion page. Review outstanding payment matters and save content you want to keep. Applicable payment, safety and legal obligations may continue after the account is closed.

Rights, updates and contact

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable consumer rights. We will update this page and provide an appropriate notice for material changes. Questions about these terms, the service or a dispute can be sent to management@meenogo.com.
